General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Y-Parc Hotel Sàrl

1. Reservations

1.1. Reservation Confirmation: All reservations are subject to confirmation by the Hotel. Reservation confirmation can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. A reservation is considered final only after receiving confirmation from the Hotel.

1.2. Reservation Guarantee: To secure your reservation, the Hotel may require valid payment information, such as a credit card. This information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

4.1. Conduct: Customers are required to adhere to the Hotel’s rules and regulations, including those concerning behavior, safety, and facility usage. Any disruptive or abusive behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the Hotel, with no refund.

4.2. Personal Property: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and their safety. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

5. Services Provided by Third Parties

5.1. Any issues, disputes, accidents, damages, or other moral wrongs arising from a service offered by the Hotel but provided by another company (SPA, Wellness, Cinema, Bike Tours, Restaurants, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Hotel but are the responsibility of the company that provided the service. In no event shall the Hotel be held liable.

6.Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

6.1. Updates: The Hotel reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to regularly check the GTC for updates.

7. Disputes and Applicable Law

7.1. Applicable Law: : These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

7.2. Competent Court: : Any dispute arising from these GTC will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the Canton of Vaud in Switzerland.
